सिटिपीडिया ऑनलाईन या विकी-पोर्टल वर सदस्य होण्यासाठी खालील फॉर्म भरून submit करा.
महत्त्वाचे- नवीन सदस्यता अर्ज मंजूर होण्यासाठी खालील माहिती Biography रकान्यात भरणे आवश्यक
१) आपला संपर्क क्रमांक (दहा आकडी मोबाईल क्रमांक)
२) आपला थोडक्यात पत्ता (घर/बिल्डिंग / प्रभाग/ गावाचे/जिल्ह्याचे नाव/ पिन क्र.)
